Neighborhood Outreach Connection has concluded another successful year of offering assistance and encouragement to struggling people in low-income neighborhoods on Hilton Head Island and in greater Bluffton.

The community outreach would not have been possible without the support of many people.

NOC's core programs include education and youth activities, health services and work-force development. Many beneficiaries include women and preschool and school-age children.
